Fast moving fast installation drilling rigs


1. Introduction

The fast-moving fast-installation drilling rig is characterized by quick rigging-down, moving, rigging-up, AC, VF electric driving and automatic technologies. There are fewer modules. The rig can be installed as a whole in a low position. The modules are all connected by pin shafts, featuring good interchangeability and fast rigging-up and down. The sheering rear axle of carrier will ensures excellent mobility, and the rigs can also be moved through conventional oil field moving trucks.


2. Main features

● Modularized, highly integrated, fast-moving, fast-installation. A hammer and a special pin-pulling tool are enough for the rigging-down, without the need of a crane, thus the operation is safe and reliable.

● K-type vertical mast raised by hydraulic cylinder as a whole, two-stage telescoping, high load-bearing capacity.

● The parallelogram substructure, driller side base, driller opposite side base and intermediate connecting part are respectively installed on a skid, and transported independently. Multiple draw bar connection, low position installation, raised as a whole.

● Digital control technology, independent drive draw works and rotary table, reliable operation.

● The combination of hydraulic disc brake and computer-controlled auto driller ensure high efficient operation.

● Standard interface will make installation and movement of rig modules easy and convenient.

● The vertical draw works platform, independent drive, transported with substructure intermediate part, less transportation modules, fast movement.
