PEEK CF 30 is a 30% carbon filled PEEK material that is manufactured by ZERO ENGINEERING under the trademark ZECAN PEEK CF30 black. Its carbon fiber reinforcement lends the material a high level of rigidity and creep strength. Carbon fiber reinforced PEEK demonstrates very high mechanical strength values, while exhibiting lower density than 30% glass fiber filled peek

Reply: Our regular length is 1000/2000/3000 mm.

 

Q2: Are PEEK CF30 bar same price and material as other PEEK bar ?

Reply: Usually the price of PEEK CF30 is a little higher than virgin PEEK.

For material, usually we use added 30% carbon fiber to reinforce its properties in mechanical, both the process and material cost more.

 

Q3: What about the MOQ ?

Reply:For MOQ, it is 200 kgs for each specification, there is no quantity limitation for the items has stock
