Fiberglass Direct Roving For Pultrusion, in the production process, the glass fiber is first processed into a direct yarn with longitudinal linear, and then soaked in liquid resin, so that the fiber and resin are fully saturated, and then through the stretching and extrusion process of tissue formation, the fiber and resin are bound together to form a high strength, corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant material. Its main characteristic is that the interface strength between the fiber and the resin is very high, so that it can withstand a lot of tension and impact, while not due to high temperature or chemical properties of fracture or deformation problems. Fiberglass direct roving for pultrusion suitable for pultrusion molding process. After composite with resin, its products are widely used in the field of fiber optic cable core strengthening.
